Shannon grew up going to NFCC as a camper and has been serving on staff since 2017. She has a heart for people, ministry and laughing with all of her might. Though Shannon is the one on staff, camp work is a family affair. Mike, Shannon's husband and the best volun-told human out there, along with their two kids, have hearts of gold. A true picture of what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. 

Jason was one of our awesome summer staff during college and loved it so much he decided to join our team full-time. Jason works with our camp deans, planning the best weeks of summer for our campers. He loves building relationships and talking about Kingdom work, especially if it's over a good meal.  Jason is married to his better half, Becca, and together they have the best camp toddler around.

Dawn began volunteering for camp in spring of 2022. Then decided to join our team summer of 2023. She likes how every day is a new adventure at camp. Dawn believes that meeting Jesus is the most important thing that can ever happen to someone and she loves knowing that she is a small part of people meeting Him when they come to camp.

Steve is our Jack-of-all-trades and tremendously helps our team by making sure our campus, buildings and furnishings are maintained at a level of excellence. Steve is passionate about sharing the gospel to any listening ear and longs for all to come to know Christ as Lord. Steve began working with NFCC spring of 2023. 

Sara started as summer staff at NFCC in 2022. She loves the work environment and making people smile with food. Sara cares about the mission of NFCC because she gets to be apart of people getting to know Jesus.  Sara appreciates that NFCC is a place where people come to worship God and have great fellowship. We are so glad to have her on our team.

Julie works behind the scenes overseeing our social media, web and promotional materials for camp. If you know Julie, you know she is a delight! Julie is married to her college sweetheart, Josh, and together they have three daughters. As a family they like traveling, playing boardgames and watching movies together. The entire Colvin clan, including their dog, Piper,  loves NFCC!
